I, the undersigned, authorize Guven Sales Inc DBA Carz R Us 1 to use & charge my credit/debit card for my purchases and services as outlined below: ANY PURCHASE OVER $300 WE REQUIRE A COPY OF CREDIT CARD AND DRIVER’S LICENSE OR STATE ID.

Carz R Us 1 – Terms & Conditions / Purchase Agreement
UNLESS A WARRANTY IS SPECIFIED ON INVOICE, PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS THAT THE PART IS SOLD AS IS AND THE PURCHASER ASSUMES ALL RISKS. LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY. Carz R Us 1 warrants to the ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER any part it sells to be free from defects for a period of 30 days after the date of purchase. If a part fails in normal use or service, Carz R Us 1 will repair that part, furnish a replacement part, or will refund the purchase price of the part at its option, subject to the conditions and exceptions listed below. By purchasing any such part, purchaser agrees that these remedies shall be exclusive. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  • Unless otherwise stated on your invoic, the warranty expires 30 days after the date of purchase. Requests for warranty coverage must be made within this time. Claims made after this period of time will not be covered under warranty.
  • Invoice must accompany all claims under warranty.
  • Merchandise must be returned to Seller.
  • Defective transmissions, axle assemblies, and engine assemblies must be returned to Carz R Us 1 and or the Supplying Company. Warranty coverage will only be considered after the defect is analyzed by Carz R Us or it’s Affiliated Companies.
  • New fluids, filters, seals, and gaskets, must be used in installation of part. Engine oil must be of the proper viscosity for the season of the year and transmission fluid must be the type recommended by the manufacturer of the vehicle.
  • Engine assemblies are understood to consist of a short block assembly and cylinder head(s). Any other parts left on the engine assembly at the time of the sale are included for possible purchaser convenience only and are to be used at the purchaser’s options only. These parts are not covered under the warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

  • The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, towing expenses, installation expense, commercial loss, or consequential damages.
  • Fluids, gaskets, seals, filters, or other materials or parts used in the installation of the purchaser’s part.
  • Claims that result from an accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance or improper installation.
  • Standard transmission gears.
  • Parts installed in vehicles used for commercial, racing, marine, or off-road purposes or any part used under conditions that would cause greater than normal wear.
  • Parts used for other than the original application

This is the extend of Carz R Us 1 warranty. D. DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. EXCEPT AS STATED IN THE FOREGOING SENTENCE. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. SELLER’S LIABILITY WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT, UNDER ANY WARRANTY. IN NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICEPAID BY PURCHASER AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL. INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE PRICE STATED FOR THE GOODS IS A CONSIDERATION IN LIMITING SELLER’S LIABILITY. Purchaser please note: Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from State to State.

RETURN POLICY: All return items are subject to the following conditions:

  • Invoice must accompany all returns.
  • No returns on special orders. (Parts we do not have and we order for you from another yard/company)
  • 80% refund on all returned parts.
  • Parts must not have been installed and be in the same condition as when purchased.
  • No returns on labor.
  • No returns after 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Cores being exchanged must be complete and drained of fluids and provided to Carz R Us 1 within 30 days.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling charges of any parts that need to be returned.

Guven Sales, Inc DBA Carz R Us 1 reserves the right to replace any defective part(s). When replacing a defective electrical part, only one replacement will be made. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Carz R Us 1 will accept a return on a returnable part if the following conditions are met: 1. The part bears the identifying mark which appears on all of Carz R Us 1 auto merchandise/parts. 2. The part has not been altered, modified, disassembled, overheated, or damaged. 3. No returns after 30 days (unless extended warranty was purchased) 4. No returns on electrical parts, glass, or body cuts. and special orders5. No refunds on shipping or freight charges. I agree with the above return policy and I agree that Carz R Us 1. is authorized to use my credit card to make a purchase by submitting this form.

DEPOSITS: Deposits on parts are good for only 30 days, After 30 days, deposits become non-refundable.
